How to fix broken WebKit Framework after Safari 3.1 upgrade

It’s Halloween and the Safari team added native CSS animation goodess to Webkit.
This means, what we usually do with frameworks like script.aculo.us, etc. can now be specified with WebKit’s own CSS syntax. As great as the demos look, the whole thing raised a question in me: Who should be responsible for animation? Presentation (CSS) or Behavior (JS)?
It’s definitely a hot topic and could start a lot of discussion.

Though I prefer the second choice, I think the whole thing’s awesome!
